I’m Judy Young, an ICF-certified career coach and founder of Accomplished Career Coaching & Consulting. I work with mid-career professionals to bring clarity, structure, and momentum to their job search, so they’re not guessing what to do next and spinning wheels.

Since 2019, I’ve supported hundreds of clients locally and nationwide with leadership development and job search strategy including resume and LinkedIn positioning, actionable strategies, networking, interview preparation, and offer decisions.

My approach is practical and focused: we clarify your target, simplify the process, and build a customized plan you can execute consistently. My coaching style is warm, direct, and action-oriented. We focus on the highest-impact next step, so you always know where to focus and how to move forward.

Before launching my practice, I spent nearly 14 years in management and operations at an elite law school, leading complex projects and working in high-performance environments. This experience shapes how I coach today with clear priorities, strong execution, and measurable progress.
